David McDougall, Consultant

David McDougall has spent the last 15 years of his career dedicated to advancing the adoption of renewable energy and decarbonization. His wide range of sustainability, energy efficiency, and clean energy expertise gives him unique insights to guide net zero plans. He is a LEED AP professional and a Certified Energy Manager with a mechanical engineering degree from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. David taught a course titled “Sustainability in the Organization” at Boston University and was the co-founder of the Newburyport Cleantech Center. In addition to sustainability and clean energy, David has diverse experience in sales and sales management, operational excellence programs, team leadership, customer success, and strategy.
